A Memorandum of Understanding is focused on expanding collaboration between the geological surveys of the UK and Ukraine in areas such as digital transformation, research and institutional capacity strengthening.
It also indicates how the UK is supporting Ukraine’s long-term economic recovery and industrial future while deepening bilateral ties, including helping with Ukraine’s new Critical Minerals Strategy.
By enhancing their cooperation, both countries are reportedly aiming to improve their understanding of geological resources while fostering more effective and modern approaches to managing them.
