IOM3 Sustainable Future theme continues into 2022

In 2021, IOM3 launched its Sustainable Future theme as part of its commitment to helping build momentum for COP26.

IOM3 organised 33 events, produced 4 podcasts, 7 blogs and in the last 6 months has published 31 articles and 151 editorial items on the theme of Sustainable Future.

We are pleased to announce we will be continuing with this theme into 2022 following COP26 as we move towards net-zero.

IOM3 CEO Colin Church CEnv FIMMM said, ‘Recognition of the importance of the role of professionals in materials, minerals and mining in the transition to a low-carbon, resource-efficient society is growing. Continuing our Sustainable Future theme into 2022 will help IOM3 build on that, providing our members with additional relevant information and further increasing the influence our members can wield through their professionalism and technical expertise.’
