IOM3 offers several roles open to active supporters and volunteers throughout its governance structure and these include:

  • Technical Community Chair or Leadership Team member
  • Member network committee chair or member
  • Licenced activities such as professional registration assessor, accreditation assessor, mentor, committee chair or member
  • Governance board or committee chair or member
  • Strategic Advisor
  • External representative, such as an Engineering Council committee member.
  • Event speaker
  • Trainer
  • Contributor to Materials World or Clay Technology magazines, podcasts, events including webinars
  • School and university outreach visits and talks, including career talks

Volunteer roles are regularly advertised through our media channels and further information is always available with no obligation.
