Audit Committee working group members provide assistance to Audit Committee members in carrying out their duties, in particular during internal audit processes. Audit Committee working group members are normally asked to assist during one internal audit per year. The time commitment varies depending on the nature of the audit, but on average does not exceed 0.5 day per calendar month.
Additionally, working group membership provides a pathway to full Audit Committee membership, as and when positions become vacant.
