Starpack Industry Award winners are eligible to enter the prestigious WorldStar Awards. This awards scheme is run by the World Packaging Organisation. The closing date for the 2016 WorldStar awards is 14 October 2016, unless your national award scheme has not completed its judging by that date. WorldStar Awards information
What is Starpack?
The objective of the Starpack Awards Scheme is to promote the best practice relative to packaging design, recognising:
INNOVATION in design, construction, manufacturing and materials technology
GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL CREDENTIALS relating to material usage, manufacturing and at the end of packaging life cycle, eg re-use, recycling or recovery.
CHAMPION THE NEEDS of the CONSUMER in relationship to the functionality of packaging throughout its life cycle and minimising product waste.
