Starpack Packaging Industry Innovation Awards 2017
The 2017 Awards have been restructured in order to recognise excellence in packaging innovation, design and development, with a refreshed focus on personal contributions.
Starpack Industry Award winners are eligible to enter the prestigious WorldStar Awards. This awards scheme is run by the World Packaging Organisation. Starpack 2017 winning entries will be eligible for entry for the 2018 WorldStar awards. WorldStar Awards information
Winners of the Starpack Industry Awards 2016 were announced at the Starpack Awards ceremony on 15 September at London Olympia.
What is Starpack?
The objective of the Starpack Awards Scheme is to promote the best practice relative to packaging design, recognising:
INNOVATION in design, construction, manufacturing and materials technology
GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL CREDENTIALS relating to material usage, manufacturing and at the end of packaging life cycle, eg re-use, recycling or recovery.
CHAMPION THE NEEDS of the CONSUMER in relationship to the functionality of packaging throughout its life cycle and minimising product waste.
