Belvoir Farm make and bottle a range of dilutable cordials made from pure fruits, flowers and spices They also make lightly sparkling pressé drinks from the same natural ingredients. Their brand names include Belvoir Fruit Farms, Belvoir and Belvoir Botanicals. We will have the opportunity to hear about the history of the company and tour the factory to see how the beverages are packed. Activities include * Empty bottle depalletisation and feeding to bottle washer * High speed filler and capper Appx 20,000 / hour of 750ml bottles * Pasteurization system to kill bacteria * High speed multi head labeller with camera label register * Auto ink jet coding of bottle body * Auto location to "Case Former" with built in case glueing (packs 6 or 12) * Print apply labelling units and box packing onto pallets with pallet wrapping station * Discharge for transport /Shipping
