Brexit Perspectives on Timber

 

With the countdown to the end of the Brexit transition period rapidly passing, this seminar provides two highly relevant talks by timber industry experts on the impact of Brexit on our trade. 

Often overlooked, the wood within pallets and similar shipping items for transport outside the UK will be subject to ISPM 15 once we fully leave the EU - John Dye will provide insight into the needs of the industry as we look to meet these requirements. This will be followed by a wide-ranging presentation by Nick Boulton considering import and export of timber itself, once we leave the EU, and the associated opportunities and challenges.
