Consultations for LPSC as Liberty lives to fight another day

GFG Alliance has issued an update on restructuring and refinancing, the UK HMRC has withdrawn winding up petitions.

In the UK there has been renewed steel making across Liberty Steel’s High Value Manufacturing, Narrow Strip, Engineering Bar and Merchant Bar operations.

It has not been possible to find a buyer for Liberty Pressing Solutions Coventry (LPSC) and a formal consultation opened today.
