Join us for the third webinar in the Cavendish Lecture Series, where the focus will be on Molten Oxide Electrolysis - An Innovative Metal Production Platform Technology.

We heard from

Guillaume Lambotte

Chief Scientist, Boston Metal

After conducting research on Molten Oxide Electrolysis (MOE) at MIT with two of Boston Metal founders, Professors Sadoway and Allanore, Guillaume joined Boston Metal as one of the first employees and has been instrumental in the growth of our MOE technology from the lab to the industrial scale.

He brings over 10 years of high temperature metallurgy experience with a focus on computational thermodynamics. Guillaume was previously a production assistant manager with Alcan in the aluminum industry. He holds a bachelor’s in materials science and engineering from Ecole Européenne d’Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux, a master’s in metallurgical engineering and a PhD in metallurgical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal.
