Top 50 Women in Engineering Awards 2023

The 2023 Top 50 Women in Engineering Awards are accepting nominations until 31 March.

Founded by the Women's Engineering Society (WES), UK, in 2016, this year's awards has the theme of Safety and Security.

WES say they are looking for engineers who are pushing the boundaries to #MakeSafetySeen, such as their first Secretary, Dame Caroline Haslett, who invented the three-pin safety plug to protect children from electric shocks.

Winners of the WE50 awards will be announced on the 23 June to coincide with the Society's International Women in Engineering Day 2023 to celebrate women engineers around the world, with events in other countries including Canada, Hong Kong, Panama and Rwanda.
