The Institute's Annual General Meeting 2022 will be held on 13 September at 12:00 BST at 297 Euston Road, London NW1 3AD. The meeting can also be attended online.
All members of the Institute may attend the Annual General Meeting, though only Corporate members in good standing (Honorary Fellows, Fellows, Professional Members, Associate Members and Technician Members) are entitled to vote. People attending in person will be able to vote during the meeting. If you cannot attend or intend to join online, please ensure that you vote using the Proxy/Voting Form (see links in Notes below).

Welcome and introduction by the President.
Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 14 September 2021
Receipt and consideration of the IOM3 Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021. A presentation by the President about progress in 2021 and future plans, followed by a question and answer session on matters arising from the presentation, and any other areas of IOM3. Members are encouraged to submit their questions in writing to [email protected]
