Join EMMS for the next Greater Lincolnshire Engineering and Manufacturing Network (GLEAM) event, bringing together members of Lincolnshire’s manufacturing and engineering communities for a morning of networking, insight and an exclusive tour of Vaculug’s manufacturing facilities.
Taking place on Thursday 22 October 2026, this half-day event will begin with breakfast and an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals from across the region. We’ll then hear introductory presentations from Vaculug and the Bridge, before going behind the scenes with a guided tour of Vaculug’s facilities.
Established in 1950, Vaculug is Europe’s largest independent retreader, producing high-quality OTR and truck retread tyres for fleets across the UK and Europe, alongside providing practical fleet management solutions. Based on a 12-acre site in Grantham, Vaculug has built a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability within the tyre industry.
The tour will offer attendees an insight into Vaculug’s manufacturing operations and the retreading process, as well as the approaches the business is taking to reduce waste, optimise energy use and support a more sustainable future.
