🌟 Join Us for a Technical Visit to Kai Tak Sports Park Jointly organised by the IOM3 and ICE HKA G&S 🌟
Dear IOM3HK’s Members and Friends,
📅 Date: October 5, 2024 (Saturday)
⏰ Time: 10:00 - 12:00 (HKT)
📍 Venue: Successful applicants will be advised of the assembly venue
🔍Key Features:
• Main stadium: multi-purpose venue with a spectator capacity of approximately 50,000, featuring a fully retractable roof and a flexible pitch system.
• Public sports ground: accommodates around 5,000 spectators.
• Indoor sports centre: hosts sports events and community activities for up to 10,000 spectators.
🔎 Details:
Engage in an experience sharing session on the works and challenges. The tour provides an opportunity to witness their advanced design and construction technologies, coordination and management insights from the project team firsthand.
🎟️ Registration: Limited to 30 participants. Priority for ICE HKA G&S and IOM3 members. Register by September 20, 2024: Please register online by 20 September 2024 via forms.gle/mvcNLSdpYRRpKd189 or QR code in the flyer.
🛠️ Requirements:
1) Attendees must bring their own PPE (including a pair of safety shoes, reflective vest and a safety helmet) and hold a valid safety Green Card or HKIE Member Card
2) Successful applicants who fail to show up on the event date without prior notice or acceptable reasons will be excluded from attending IOM3 technical visits for a period of three months.
