Saudi Mining Polytechnic (SMP) is a specialized training institute established to develop skilled Saudi talent for the mining and minerals sector. SMP supports national workforce development by providing industry-focused technical and vocational training aligned with labour market needs and Vision 2030.
SMP delivers courses in mining operations, mineral processing, mechanical and electrical maintenance, occupational health and safety, plant operation, English language, IT, employability skills, leadership, mining laboratory technology, and professional development. Its programs combine theoretical learning with practical, hands-on training relevant to mining industry requirements.
