The Armourers & Brasiers Cambridge Forum is a half-day conference which brings together Materials Science researchers from universities and industry to learn about the latest research in Materials Science from an international panel of speakers.
The Armourers & Brasiers' Company is the lead sponsor of the Forum which is also supported by AWE, Materials Processing Institute and Rolls-Royce who are members of the Armourers & Brasiers Materials Science Partnership and by the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining.
The 2022 Cambridge Forum took place online on Tuesday 21st June. The full programme for the 2022 Forum and the speakers' abstracts is available here, as well as abstracts for the Brief Encounters session of 3-minute talks by young researchers.
The Forum is organised and hosted by the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy (DMSM) at the University of Cambridge. Attendance is free of charge. The next Cambridge Forum will take place on Tuesday 20th June 2023. Further information about the programme for 2023 and registration details will be available on the DMSM website in due course.
