    We are looking for a Business Group Manager to lead TWI’s Non-Metallics Technology Group. 

    In this role, you will be accountable for developing and implementing a sustainable, profitable growth strategy for your Group via active identification of new opportunities and development of new products/services that meet industry needs, creating new business streams.  

    You will be responsible for developing your people and building an excellent reputation for your Group through the delivery of world-class technology solutions to Industrial Members.

    Reporting to the Research & Technology Director, you will work in collaboration with senior colleagues within the Directorate and across TWI to deliver your Group’s priorities and goals.

  • Business Group Manager - Materials & Structural Integrity - TWI Ltd Granta Park, Cambridge

  • Electron beam Welding and Processing Engineer Granta Park - TWI, Cambridge

    Further your career as an Advanced Welding / Processing Engineer, working with electron beams and associated technologies.

    TWI is a leader in all welding, joining and materials engineering, research, development and consultancy; we deliver a wide range of advanced electron beam process technology and equipment solutions. The electron beam team is engaged in many projects for customers in Space, Aerospace, Power, Auto sports and Big-science developments. We work in support of industry, and also collaborate at a fundamental level, to develop new ways of working, processes and advanced equipment solutions, extending the useful application of high and low power electron beams in science and manufacturing. We work across welding, additive manufacture and surface engineering, often delivering solutions for the processing of challenging material and control of production integrity.
