IOM3 wins Best Digital Transformation award
IOM3 is delighted to have been awarded Best Digital Transformation at the International & European Association Awards 2021 by the Association of Association Executives.
The judges said, ‘A true digital transformation project that benefited not only the membership, but also those who work to deliver the membership programme by helping them be better at their jobs. Everyone wins! I could only wish for the same sort of improvements in performance for my association’.
The IOM3 digital transformation project launched initially after 5 months' work at the end of January 2020, consisting of a fully functioning membership management system and new Member Portal. IOM3 worked with partners BlueLight, Pixl8 and Hart Square to deliver a new website, portal and CRM over the course of the following 10 months. The IOM3 visual identity was developed by our in-house design team. The new digital systems provide a flexible and modern new platform that has brought together all our administrative systems in one and will allow IOM3 to deliver better and more customised services to its members.
The International & European Association Awards 2021 by the Association of Association Executives (AAE) has been running since 2015. The ethos of all the AAE Awards is recognizing excellence and sharing best practice and successes.
