Influence the future of construction and engineering training
A nationwide survey aims to gather the opinions of the construction and engineering sector on future training and development needs.
Colleges in Scotland are carrying out a needs analysis of both areas through a short survey which will then be analysed, allowing colleges to respond and adapt their training offering. The changes made will help companies upskill their current workforce and ensure that new recruits have the knowledge and understanding required.
The survey is currently open and closes on Monday 11 December with results being published by the end of March 2021.
