Member survey – have your say
The Institute is currently looking at ways in which it can better meet the professional needs of its members and improve the overall member experience. As part of this exercise, we will be issuing a digital member survey in the coming weeks and hope as many members as possible will complete it.
This first survey will cover the full range of benefits the Institute already offers plus others which will be new to members. We will be asking members to rate the various activities from the perspective of their own professional needs rather than what they think the Institute should be offering in general for all of its members. The survey should take no more than 12 minutes to complete.
All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence however members will have the option of including their email address to be part of our prize draw. We will be drawing at random the details of eight who complete the survey and send them each a £50 Amazon voucher.
The link to the survey has been emailed direct to members on 12 February, so please look out for that message. Alternatively the survey may be taken on this page (member login required).
