Professor Keith Allen - Obituaries

The Society for Adhesion & Adhesives
Keith had reached the grand old age of 81 and was well known to the global adhesive community; especially with his links to the original series of international conferences on adhesion and adhesives: originally held at The City University, London and latterly at Oxford Brookes University. Keith was also one of the 'founding fathers' of what is now the Society for Adhesion and Adhesives (SAA). Professor Allan Hutchinson of Oxford Brookes University writes a brief appreciation of the scientific side of Keith's life and the Newbury Weekly News looks at the other aspects of Keith's very full and varied life.
