A new review article considers the literature on  the persistence of human and veterinary coronaviruses on inanimate surfaces as well as inactivation strategies with biocidal agents used for chemical disinfection.

Surfaces examined include aluminium, steel, wood, paper, glass, plastic, PVC, silicon rubber, ceramic and teflon.
