Hong Kong Branch - community activities

The Branch organises a wide variety of events with the aim of providing its members with quality Continuing Professional Development opportunities. These include technical presentations, site visits to ongoing construction projects both locally and internationally, conferences, seminars and training courses.

Since its inception, the Hong Kong Branch has organised or co-organised a number of international conferences, which have included:

  • Underground Design and Construction Conference, 2015


On behalf of the Institute, local Branch members also conduct interviews for Corporate Membership of IOM3 as well as for registration as Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council
