Background and location

Shelton HouseSituated on Stoke Road, Shelton House was built in 1870 as a family residence and became the home of the then Institute of Ceramics in 1986.

The building has been recently refurbished to provide multifunctional spaces for meetings, events and workshops. With capacities ranging from 10 to 40, it is an ideal choice for those looking for an adaptable venue in the heart of the Potteries.

The building is a fifteen minute walk from Stoke-on-Trent railway station, a mainline station with excellent connections to Manchester, Birmingham and London. It has its own car park and stands directly opposite the entrance to Stoke-on-Trent College. Limited parking is available on site with overflow parking within 300 metres.

We regret that the current refurbishment has not yet included disabled access.
