You can pay your membership subscriptions online using this website as follows:

1.  You must log into the website first. If you have already done so, a message will be showing at the top right of this page saying "You are logged in" and you may skip to step 3 below. If that message is not displayed, log in here (link opens in a new window).

2.  Enter your login details:

• Your username is your surname
• Your password (unless you have previously altered it in your profile settings) is your PIN as given on your joining letter

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Members' password request page and complete the form. This form requires your membership number. This can be found on your subscription reminder letter or on the address label of the wrapper of your IOM3 member magazine. If you can't find this please contact us on membership@iom3.org or call +44 (0)1782 221704.

3.  Once you have logged in, go to the Pay membership subscriptions page. You may need to scroll down the page to reveal the text, fields and options. 

• If you get an "Access Denied" error when going to the pay subscriptions link, you may not be logged into the correct account. Please ensure that you logged in earlier using your correct IOM3 Member credentials as stated above. If you have set up a separate account by registering on this website as a Registered User, please note that logging into that account (which is not a Member account) will not give you access to the Pay Subscriptions page. In this case, click "log out" at the top right of the page and go back to step 2 to obtain your Member login details.

4.  Once on the Pay Subscriptions page, follow the instructions to make your payment. Please note that the payment pages are served within a secure area by SagePay.

5.  Once you have submitted your payment, do not click the "Back" button in your browser or click "Submit" again as this may cancel your payment or even take it twice. Please wait until the screen refreshes to confirm "Payment Successful".

6.  If your payment fails, a page will show saying "Payment Failed" with a link back to the subscriptions payment page where you can try again. This normally happens when you have entered incorrect or expired card details.
