The Fourth World Congress on Adhesion and Related Phenomena [WCARP IV] is to be held in the Bordeaux region of France, at Arcachon, in late September 2010. This will follow successful conferences in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany in 1998 [WCARP-I], Orlando, Florida in 2002 [WCARP-II] and Beijing in 2006 [WCARP-III].

It will be organised by the Society for Adhesion and Adhesives, Dechema, the Grupo Científico-Técnico Espagňol ADHESIÓN y ADHESIVOS, the Chinese-SwissBonding, The Adhesion Society Inc and the Chinese, Korean and Japanese Adhesion Societies but  primarily by the Section Française de l'Adhesion of the Société Française du Vide [http://www.vide.org/sfv.php].
