Special section on manufacturing

The lifeblood of many countries is their manufacturing industry. This month's Materials World magazine focuses on the sector. The special section incorporates articles on sparking ideas in UK-based production, design-led innovation, lean manufacture and the impact of the new EU Machinery Directive and corporate manslaughter act.
