The Polymer Society seminar programme at Interplas

The Polymer Society has organised an exciting seminar programme for the plastics manufacturing industry as part of the Interplas 2008 conference. Taking place from 30 September-2 October at the NEC in Birmingham, each day of seminars will have a separate theme to engage delegates with the key issues facing polymers and plastics.

Day one will focus on sustainability and the environment, while day two explores design and innovation with polymers. The series concludes with a look at the past, present and future of plastics.

The programme, which is free to attend, has been put together in collaboration with the BPF and is supported by University of Bradford Polymer IRC/CIC as well as the Materials KTN and its divisions the Polymer Innovation Network and MADE.

Interplas covers every aspect of plastics and rubber manufacturing. Machinery and equipment will be on display, and delegates can learn how to improve productivity and become more environmentally friendly.
