Local Society of the Year competition

The Institute's Local Society of the Year competition is seeking entries.

It is judged on three criteria – membership, communication and events. There will be two classes, based on the average attendance on grant application forms that treasurers submitted in the summer – under 30, and 30 and above. The competition is open to societies who have submitted a valid grant application form and a 2010/2011 programme.

The prize is up to £1,000 to organise a prestigious event and two members of the local society will be invited to attend the Premier Awards dinner in summer 2011.

Further information

Applications must be sent to Efi Fragkou by 6 December.
