Chartered Scientists wanted for online profiling

The Science Council is profiling Chartered Scientists (CSci) to place on the CSci website to highlight how gaining this professional qualification has helped people's careers. More volunteers are needed to take part.

The Council hopes to interview 650 CSci by the end of the year, showcasing positive stories. It is looking for scientists who:

  • Have taken an unconventional route into their field.
  • Are conducting cutting-edge or unusual research that will capture the public’s imagination.
  • Women working in a male-dominated field that can act as role models/mentors, or promote diversity.
  • Take an interesting or unusual interdisciplinary approach to their work.

The interviews are not time consuming and the Council can fit around your schedule. To take part, contact Mary Arbuthnot, tel: +44 (0)20 7922 7880.
