Due to circumstances beyond our control, it has been necessary to reschedule the 3-day International Rubber Conference 2019 (IRC 2019) to a week earlier than originally planned to 3-5 September 2019. The event venue will remain unchanged - Kia Oval, London, UK.

The three-day conference will be a must attend event to learn about technical advances in the global rubber market.

IRC 2019 will provide an excellent platform for rubber scientists, technologists, academics and industrialists to share knowledge. At least 200 papers and posters will cover key topics themed around engineering application of elastomers, polymer innovations, process and manufacturing advancements, filler and additives developments, with additional themes on sustainability, material characterisation and modelling. The event will also host an extensive range of training programmes allied to the rubber industry, a large exhibition and taster events provided for local schools.

Situated in the heart of London, the Kia Oval is one of the oldest and most historic stadiums in the world. In the 21st Century, it is renowned as one of the finest modern sports venues, making it a truly unique location for this international conference.

Papers for IRC 2019 are currently being invited, with a Call for Papers deadline of 31 January 2019.
