2009 Examination in Mining Law Relating to Health and Safety

The 2009 Examination in Mining Law Relating to Health and Safety will be held on 10 June. Candidates intending to take the Examination should apply as early as possible by completing an application form, accompanied by the exam fee of £100. The closing date for applications is 1 May.

Copies of past examination papers, along with specimen answers, are available from The Secretary, Mining Qualifications Board, Health and Safety Executive, Redgrave Court, 1.2 Merton Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 7HS. If you are unsure about the level of your practical experience, you should also contact The Secretary at the address above.

Application forms and further information are available from The Deputy Chief Executive, IOM3, Doncaster Regional Office, Danum House, South Parade, Doncaster, DN1 2DY.

Please note: Applications received after the closing date will be returned. Please allow seven working days when posting.
