We are a local materials society afiliated to IOM3 based in South East Wales with the aim of supporting the development of materials and materials engineering in local industrial and academic institutions. Each year from October to May the Society offers a series of lectures that cover a range of stimulating subjects in materials engineering and there are also social events including a popular annual dinner. Anyone interested in the fascinating world of materials is welcome to join us.
