The Packaging Professional September/October 2011

In this issue we look at diesel made from plastic waste, cost-effective logistics for packaging and the pros and cons of a possible move to plain cigarette packaging.

We also take a look behind the pack designs and packaging systems used in the construction industry, and celebrate the winners of the 2001 Starpack Industry Awards for packaging design and innovation.

This issue also features two book reviews, one on packaging and labelling law and the other on multifunctional and nanoreinforced polymers for food packaging.
