Job description

IOM3 is a professional membership organisation located in central London and is looking for a forward thinking and committed Reception Administrator.

The role of the Reception Administrator is to provide high levels of client care and ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all visitors to the site.

(Covering two shifts on a weekly rotation), the Reception Administrator will be expected to manage meetings from set up to delivery and be the first point of contact in the building. Working knowledge of the Institute’s departments, displays and equipment used on site, including the AV system will be crucial to this role.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the demands of a client-facing role and will appreciate the flexibility and team work required in a successful front of house team.
