PPE, the biennial conference covering a range of issues of importance in the polymer engineering community is running again this year. PPE’09 was a very successful and enjoyable meeting, and we aim for a high quality event which again brings together old and new friends.

There will be a Micro & Nano emphasis for part of the meeting, in conjunction with Nanofactory and COTECH, in addition to our range of polymer engineering interests, including Healthcare Technologies (medical technology and pharmaceutical engineering science) and Resource Efficiency. We are due to have a ‘Science to Commercialisation’ session to celebrate the development of our science and that of our collaborators into commercial activity. This is accompanied by a commercial exhibition adjacent to the conference.

As usual we will have our highly regarded laboratory live demonstrations of a range of processing, modelling and measurement techniques at the end of each day.
