The Institute's biennial conference bringing together everyone in the materials cycle

The first Materials Congress to be organised outside the UK will be hosted in Kuala Lumpur in September 2010. The two day event, on the theme of "Materials for Extreme Environments and Times", will be organised on behalf of IOM3 by the Institute of Materials Malaysia.

Materials Congress 2010 will identify materials and processes to meet both industry and societal demand and will provide a unique review of new materials R&D and product innovation in East Asia and Europe.
