East Midlands Materials Society Works Visit to Magna R&D (Space, Defence, Aerospace)

Magna Parva is a company who carry out research for the space, defence and aerospace industries, and also assemble and test prototype assemblies and instruments. The visit will be hosted by Andrew Bowyer – Commercial Director and Richard Lamoure – Design Engineer. There will be a talk on the company’s activities and a tour of their facilities. 

Numbers are strictly limited, so please register with Dave Evetts (dave_evetts@hotmail.com) as soon as possible. The visit will take place at the company’s premises at Unit 2, Meridian South, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WY.

Directions to the venue will be available to successful registrants. Please note that, due to the nature of the business, you must pre-register for this event. You cannot turn up on the night.

 

There is car parking in front of the building. Pease report to reception on arrival.  6.30pm start. Refreshments will be available from 6.10pm onwards. Non- members are welcome, but priority will be given to IoM3 members.
