Cement and Concrete Science 2010

Organised by the Cementitious Materials Committee of the Ceramics Society of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining

It is with pleasure that we welcome you to the 30th Cement and Concrete Science Conference, to be held at the University of Birmingham from the 13-15 September 2010 . The conference will have a broad focus on the chemistry, microstructure and function of cements employed in fields as widely varied as construction, medicine and the arts. We invite you to submit contributions to this conference in the form of either a talk or a poster. Abstract submission is now open. Please submit your contribution by e-mailing an abstract completed in accordance with the template provided on the website to wilson@candcs2010.com

The contributions will be reviewed and you may be invited to submit an extended contribution (maximum four pages) which will be published in the conference proceedings. A selection of contributions will be invited to submit a full paper for a special issue of Advances in Applied Ceramics
