Technical communities

The Institute has 17 technical divisions, societies and associations which act as special interest groups, forming a focus for activities within specific sectors. Each of these communities has its own microsite with news, features, events and information relevant to their interests. They are shown here in alphabetical order in the sidebar and also arranged below into materials, minerals and mining, applications and multidisciplinary groups; the lists below also include all committees within each division, where appropriate.

Visit these Technical Community sites to find out more about their activities.
