Submission dates

After you have entered online, you will be given a unique entry number; please ensure each entry is marked with your individual number.  You will also be asked to send in 2 complete packs with product and 1 empty pack without product. In the case of the transit and retail ready categories, you will be asked to supply one with product and one empty/flat pack.

It is most important that these are despatched the week commencing Monday 7 May 2012. Perishables to be delivered Monday 14 May 2012.

The date for transit items which require judging on the lorry is Tuesday 15 May 2012. Please contact Rachel Brooks on rachel.brooks@iom3.org or call +44 (0)1476 513885 to book in by prior arrangement.

Return of pack entries

To avoid unnecessary handling, the organisers ask that the return of empty packs and entries of comparatively small value should not be requested. In all other cases, entrants must arrange to collect packs after judging in accordance with instructions when registering online.

Entries will be disposed of at the discretion of the organiser if they are NOT collected in accordance with such instructions.

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of packages.

Entrants should, if required, take out their own insurance cover for their packages.

We will ask for permission to retain winning entries which will be on display at the Awards Presentations on 12 July, 2012. Following on from that we would display for a minimum of twelve months in the auditorium at The Boilerhouse, the brand new IOM3 exhibition and office premises in Grantham, or at the Packaging Museum in London.
