Hiring hours

‘All Day’ constitutes 09.00 – 17.30; the building opens at 08.15 and closes at 17.45. ‘Half Day’ refers to 09.00 – 13.00 or 14.00 – 17.30. If events overrun the allocated time of 17.45, an additional charge of £50 per half hour will be incurred. ‘Evening’ constitutes 17.30 – 21.30. The evening hire rate includes overtime for 2 members of staff until 21.30; after this time a further surcharge of £175 per hour is added. Weekend rates supplied on request. All prices are subject to VAT.

Day delegate rate

The daily delegate rate from Monday-Friday is £70.00 plus VAT (minimum number of delegates 40). Included in this price:

1. Hire of Council Room and Library from 09.00 - 17.30
2. Buffet lunch
3. AV equipment (LCD projector and computer extra)
4. Registration desk
5. Bottled water
6. Coffee, tea & biscuits served mid-morning and afternoon

The Evening Rate is £80 plus VAT.

Discounts

Members of the Institute are entitled to a 20% discount on all room hire fees. Please mention your membership number when booking a room, or alternatively join the Institute
