Hiring hours

‘All Day’ constitutes 09.00 – 17.30; the building opens at 08.15 and closes at 17.45. ‘Half Day’ refers to 09.00 – 13.00 or 14.00 – 17.30. If events overrun the allocated time of 17.45, a penalty charge of £50 per half hour will be incurred up to 18.15. After that, our evening rate will be applied in addition to the day rate. ‘Evening’ constitutes 17.30 – 21.30. The evening hire rate includes overtime for 2 members of staff until 21.30; after this time a further surcharge of £185 per hour is added. Weekend rates supplied on request. All prices are subject to VAT.

Day delegate rate

The daily delegate rate from Monday-Friday is £80.00 plus VAT (minimum number of delegates 40). Included in this price:

1. Hire of Council Room and Library from 09.00 - 17.30
2. Registration desk 
3. AV equipment (LCD projector and computer extra)
4. Bottled water: 1 per delegate 
5. Coffee, tea & biscuits served mid-morning and afternoon
6. Buffet lunch

The Evening Rate is £90 plus VAT.

Discounts

Members of the Institute are entitled to a 20% discount on all room hire fees. Please mention your membership number when booking a room, or alternatively join the Institute
