My customer is looking for a producer of large format printed Web on a Paperlike material around 240 mic (plastic paper).
 
The repeat length is 1200mm and the width is 1200mm printed 1 colour, with 90 repeats per reel.
The actual order quantities are low initially to reasonable, given the material content.
I believe Digital is not an option based on speed, cost per unit and re-reeling/edge trimming would be required as supplied in reels.
 
Given the repeat length, traditional flexible film producers may struggle, so the supplier, I believe, would need to be a plastic fertiliser sack producer or a wallpaper manufacturer, or someone who produces, pre-printed liners. As it is a plastic material the press would need dryers.
 
Has anyone got any ideas?
