Can I get technical paper from IMM in this web site?

I am looking for a paper published by IMM many years ago. O’Reilly, M.P. and New, B.M., Settlement above Tunnels in the United Kingdom, Their Magnitude and Prediction, pp.173-181, Proceedings Tunnelling ’82 Symposium, Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, UK (1982) Can I get it from this web site? Former IMM's technical publications - availability of papers

I’m sorry that we don’t yet have the Institute’s past conference proceedings available on the web or the older journal articles. Photocopies of the paper you requested and many more, both from our own publications and from numerous other journals and proceedings on mining-related topics such as tunnelling, are available to members for £5 (£10 if more than 20 pages long) or to non-members for £10 (£20 if longer than 20 pages), plus a publisher’s royalty if needed for commercial use, plus £2 to cover postage or and extra £2/page for electronic delivery by fax or email. To find other papers that we have on predicting settlement above tunnels, members or subscribers can search our online database IMMAGE and can order photocopies online.
